Day 241

One of our favorite dinners, bà-mèe nám! Bà-mèe means egg noodles and nám means water, but also soup. We get it with pork (mŏo) and dumplings (gíeow), very tasty. Also, note the spoon and fork, don't think I've mentioned this before, but that's what people always eat with here. You will always receive both a fork and spoon, and no knife. People use both at the same time for pretty much every meal, from what I've noticed usually spoon in the right hand and fork in the left. Sometimes chopsticks are used for noodles, but even then it's also with a spoon.
